Day 01 Arrive Delhi
On arrival, our representative will meet and assist you at airport and transfer you to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 02 Delhi
0900hrs Breakfast at hotel.
0930hrs Full day sightseeing of Delhi.

Delhi
Delhi - The political and administrative powerhouse of the world largest democracy is a mixture of ancient and modern character. Old Delhi was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan.
The new cities Immediately to the south is the British built capital of New Delhi, a self - conscious attempt to match the imperial grandeur of the Mughal capital, while post independence Delhi has dramatically accelerated its suburban expansion.
Places of Interest: India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Parliament House, Birla Mandir, Raj Ghat, Humayun_s Tomb, Qutab Minar, Jama Masjid.
Overnight will be in Delhi.


Day 03 Delhi - Varanasi (flight)
0930hrs Breakfast at hotel.
1030hrs Departure to Airport.
1115hrs Checkin.
1245hrs Flight takes off from Delhi Airport. Lunch on board.
1525hrs Reach Varanasi and check into your hotel.

Rest of the day is free with car at disposal to visit the local market for shopping.
Overnight will be in Varanasi.

Day 04 Varanasi
0500hrs Early in the morning we take you to banks of the river Ganges where we board a boat to see the morning ablutions of the Hindus from the security of our boat. The boat ride starts from Dasashwamedh Ghat and ends at Manikarnika Ghat along the sacred Ganges. Don_t forget to see the sun rise along the Ganges. See the Kashi Vishwanath temple and the Gyanvyapi kund and the mosque attached to it. Also worth a visit is the Bharat Mata Mandir (Mother India temple) where you see the undivided India - Mahatma Gandhi_s Dream.
0900hrs Breakfast at hotel

1400hrs Visit Sarnath - the sacred Buddhist city where Gautama Buddha preached his first sermon to his 5 disciples under the bodhi tree. Visit the site and the temple attached to it. See the frescoes related to the life of Buddha inside the temple. Also visit the archaeological museum that houses artifacts from the 3rd century BC. Most interesting is the lion capital of Ashoka Maurya from 272 BC. Adjacent to the museum is the ancient seat of learning from the 2nd century BC now completely in ruins. Also see the Dhamek stupa and the Dharmarajika Stupa where hundreds of Buddhist pilgrims offer their prayers.
Today Shop for good quality silk brocades.
Overnight will be in Varanasi.

Day 05 Varanasi - Khajuraho (flight)
0900hrs Breakfast at hotel.
1000hrs Departure for Airport.
1100hrs checkin.
1220hrs Flight takes off for Khajuraho.
1300hrs Flight Lands in Khajuraho. Transfer to hotel.
1530hrs Departure for sightseeing of Khajuraho.
Visit the temples built during the 9th to the 11th centuries by the powerful dynasty of Chandela rajputs. The temples with their erotic sculptures are a feast to the eyes. The Chandelas built 85 temples in all but today only 20 temples stand intact. Visit the Kandariya Maheshwar temple and visit the eastern and western group of temples.
Overnight will be in Khajuraho.

Day 06 Khajuraho - Orchha - Jhansi - Agra
0700hrs Breakfast at hotel.
1000hrs Leave Khajuraho by road and carry on towards Orchha. Visit Orchha with its imposing Jehangiri Mehal and the cenotaphs of the Bundela Rajput warriors. Orchcha a medieval village where time has stopped. You feel the timelessness of this spot. Orchha is a medieval city founded by Bundela rulers with palaces and temples of the 16th and 17th century - which have remarkably withstood the onslaught of time. The river Betwa picturesquely flanks the city. See the beautiful Palace Complex - Jahangiri Mahal and the Raja Mahal. Closely study the intricacies of the mural paintings in the Raja Mahal.

1630hrs Leave for Jhansi.
1745hrs Catch the train for Agra.
Taj Mahal, Agra Vacation Package2000hrs Reach Agra and check into your hotel. Overnight will be in Agra.

Day 07 Agra
0530hrs Taj Mahal is awaiting your arrival today morning. A must see with the rising sun as the Taj Mahal is bathed in the golden rays of the morning sun. Built by Shah Jahan, the Taj is a white marble memorial that houses the tomb of his beautiful wife Mumtaz Mahal. This monument took 22 years to be completed and was designed, and planned by Persian architect Ustad Isa. Apart from its stunning design, balance and perfect symmetry, the Taj is also noted particularly for its elegant domes, intricately carved screens and some of the best inlay work ever seen anywhere in the world. In the afternoon visit the temple at Swami bagh that is being constructed for the past 75 years and it is no where near completion.

1000hrs Visit Agra Fort built by Akbar that houses many fabulous palaces built in Indo Islamic style. See the marble palace of Shahjehan that was built with the remaining and rejected stones from the Taj Mahal - Mussamman Burj.
Afternoon is free to mingle with the locals.

Meal Plan : Breakfast at hotel. Lunch and Dinner on your own.

Day 08 Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur (256 Km)
0700hrs Breakfast at hotel.
0730hrs Leave for Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri.
Fatehpur Sikri, which was once the capital city of the Mughal emperor Akbar. Fatehpur Sikri is one of the finest examples of Mughal architectural splendour at its height. Though the city is in ruins, it is a place to visit if one comes to Agra. But in real terms Fatehpur Sikri is a place where one should spend some time. The sunset over the ruins is sight to cherish.

Continue your journey towards Jaipur.
1600hrs Reach Jaipur and check into your hotel. After freshen up you can visit the local colorful market in the evening.
Overnight will be in Jaipur.

Day 09 Jaipur
0630hrs Breakfast at hotel.
0700hrs Leave for Amber Fort to enjoy the elephant ride.
Sightseeing tour of Jaipur will cover
Amber Fort is another famous tourist attraction in Jaipur. The Amber Fort was built by Raja Man Singh in the 16th century and was completed by Sawai Jai Singh in the 18th century. The fort offers magnificent views of the surrounding area. The fort is a mix of Mughal and Rajput architecture and is built in red stone and white marble.
Hawa Mahal is one of the most common and popular tourist attractions in Jaipur. Today it is the one of most visited monuments in Jaipur.
Jantar Mantar - The observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh in 1728.
Visit the City Palace which has museum having an extensive collection of art, carpets, enamel ware and weapons.

Overnight will be in Jaipur.

Day 10 Jaipur - Delhi (258 Km)
0930hrs Breakfast at hotel
1000hrs Leave for visit cenotaphs of the Maharajas of Jaipur at Gaitor.
1130hrs Return back to your hotel and check out.
1330hrs Leave for Delhi.
1800hrs Reach Delhi and you will be transferred to a local restaurant for your Farewell Dinner.
2100hrs Transfer to airport and checkin for your international flight.
